Shipping policy

The order is considered to be executed when the Seller receives a confirmation from the bank about the payment for the goods. The Seller shall send the Buyer an e-mail confirming that the order is being executed.

The order is considered to be fulfilled when the goods are sent to the Buyer. The Seller shall send the Buyer an e-mail together with the formed invoice confirming that the order is executed.

When the order is executed and it is announced that the goods are already ready and the buyer can withdraw them.

If you have paid for the order and did not receive an Ottensten.lt email, please check the Spam (junk) section, if you did not find the “Spam” (junk) section, please inform us by e-mail eprekyba@ottensten.lt

Cancellation or adjustment of the order of the formed and paid goods is not possible.

PAYMENT

  • The Buyer can pay for the goods by bank transfer:
    When making payment of goods by bank transfer, it is necessary to enter: name, surname, order number in the purpose of payment.
  • Payment can be made through the PAYSERA payment system:
    When making a payment for the ordering goods through the PAYSERA payment system, you will be offered to choose your bank from the list or another payment instrument suitable for you.
  • Cash or bank card at the time of withdrawal of goods:
    You can pay for the goods in our store when the order is formed. About the preparation of the order for withdrawal, our manager will inform you by e-mail or phone.

DELIVERY

Delivery of goods is free of charge under the following conditions:

  • When picking up goods in Ottensten.lt store:

The Buyer, taking the parcel, must provide the order number and his identity document.

ATTENTION! Before the holidays, the company's branches work one hour shorter.

  • When ordering goods for 100 EUR and more, shipping in Lithuania is free of charge. Delivery to other EU countries is paid. Sending to non-EU countries is paid and is only possible by contacting the administration.

Delivery of goods is carried out through the DPD courier service.

Large, non-standard or heavy cargo is shipped via the ParNASO parcel delivery service.

The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer within 1-2 business days. These terms are preliminary, and do not apply in cases where the Seller’s warehouse does not have the necessary goods, and the Buyer is informed about the lack of goods ordered by him.
